9D Group services must not be used for anything illegal or against our terms and conditions. Additionally, services cannot be used in a way that harms 9D Dynasty's reputation. Cancellation and prepayment policies depend on the type of accommodation.

In accordance with Resolution No. 2 of IATF (s. 2022), the Philippines permits the entry of persons who are unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or unable to verify vaccination status independently. Note: Proof of vaccination is no longer required during check-in.
Additionally, the wearing of masks and/or personal protective equipment for hotel guests and employees is optional.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing additional safety and hygiene measures for all our accommodations.
Guests must present a photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all special requirements are subject to accommodation availability, and additional charges may apply.
Cancellation fees, no-show charges, or any other refunds will depend on the hotel's policy if you cancel your booking or do not show up for check-in.
If you know that you will not be able to arrive on time, please contact 9D Group to notify us of your expected arrival time so that we do not cancel your booking. If you are late, 9D Group shall not be held liable for any consequences (e.g., service provider charging you fees as a result of your cancellation).

9D Group shall not be held liable for any loss of money attributed to your original booking time when you are canceling a booking.
